Paragraph 1:There is a big difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, this difference begins to happen over a person's life through small contributions. During the beginning of a kids life a child can enjoy the difficulty of a challenge to contribute to what will happen in the future where college will be a very tough challenge. A fixed mindset has been proven to give up when there is anything that challenges them instead of trying to beat the challenges. While a growth mindset can have a profound effect on students motivation, enabling them to focus with their learning and while their skilled teachers set high standards for students but then help them understand on how to embark on the path of meeting those standards.
Paragraph 2 :The artifact that we chose to represent our growth v.s fixed mindset is a roller coaster. We have made 2 sets of roller coasters with one having a thrilling drop with challenges for people to enjoy the difficulty and with another one being a uninteresting ride for people to feel bored, with no challenges .The growth mindset ride is more exciting because you have challenges to take when your going up the ride until you get the top and then the ride drops you making the ride accelerate and it’s also filled with loops and turns that represent the challenges and the growth mindset. While on the other hand we have the slow and un-thrilling ride that does not have any loops or drops and this represents the fixed mindset because the ride has given up just like how people give up on some of their challenges that they face.
I learned that the fixed mindset will maybe give up on some of their problems because they don't like the challenge of it.While on the other hand the growth mindset enjoys the problem and will not give up on it.I also learned that I have to have a growth mindset and to not give up on my challenges that I face.I think that we messed up on our first project but I believe in the future that we can improve more.I learned critical thinking by knowing which path to choose and to always be on the growth mindset instead of the fixed.

Weebly blog post October Reflection
I am improving on my mile times and my reading as well. I am visiting the library more often and I have been improving on my reading because I have been reading more this week.I am slowly progressing on my participation points. My main weakness in this class is to answer questions and also writing essays.I feel like I need a little more practice on writing my essays because it doesn't really make sense. The most challenging thing that I faced in ELA class is writing an essay for it to be a grade. Some things that are easy for me is reading and presenting. One thing I want to work on this month is to perfect my skills on my writing and on the Thesis statement because I want to graduate this class with good skills for high school.

Poem Emulation: The Max speaks of cookie
I’ve known cookies I’ve known cookies ancient as the world and before man can even step foot on this earth
My soul has grown deep like the chocolate chips setting in the melting dough.
I bathed in the shower when dawns were young I built a cooler to put my fresh dough and the drifting sound of water melting the ice off the dough wrap drift me to sleep. I looked upon the bridge and raised the northgate market I heard the dinging of the oven alarming me that the bottom of the cookie turned golden
I’ve known cookies Ancient, and chocolatey cookies
My soul has grown deep like the chocolate chips setting in the melting dough
